<br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF DIVISION W OF PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR)

<br />Comments: Manual tarps were used as ADC to cover the active face from the previous day. There were several
<br />holes in the tarps.
<br />a. Take measures to maintain tarps in good repair and adequately use them as ADC.

<br />Notes:
<br />1. Measured perimeter soil gas well for methane concentration: SG -11= 0% (all three probes), SG -12=0% (all three
<br />probes).
<br />2. The onsite litter was minimal.
<br />3. The site was using a water truck for dust control.
<br />4. The site is using sheep to control vegetation. The sheep were onsite during the inspection.
<br />5. According to Operator all required samples for chipping and grinding operation were sent for testing. The
<br />determination of the percentage of physical contaminants shall occur prior to the point where material is removed from
<br />the site. If a chipping and grinding operation exceeds the contamination limits, it shall be regulated as set forth in the
<br />Transfer/Processing Regulatory requirements.
<br />6. Volume records for chipping and grinding operation should be available to the LEA for review.
<br />7. According to Operator Module 4 used as a winter pad during wet season will be covered with 12 inches of soil shortly.
<br />8. All other records maintained and up to date.
<br />9. Previous AC's cleared.
