There were several <br />holes in the tarps. <br />a. Measured perimeter soil gas well for methane concentration: SG -11= 0% (all three probes), SG -12=0% (all three <br />probes). <br />2. The onsite litter was minimal. <br />3. The site was using a water truck for dust control. <br />4. The site is using sheep to control vegetation. The sheep were onsite during the inspection. <br />5. According to Operator all required samples for chipping and grinding operation were sent for testing. The <br />determination of the percentage of physical contaminants shall occur prior to the point where material is removed from <br />the site. If a chipping and grinding operation exceeds the contamination limits, it shall be regulated as set forth in the <br />Transfer/Processing Regulatory requirements. <br />6. Volume records for chipping and grinding operation should be available to the LEA for review. <br />7. According to Operator Module 4 used as a winter pad during wet season will be covered with 12 inches of soil shortly. <br />8. All other records maintained and up to date. <br />9.
