Measured perimeter soil gas well for methane concentration: SG-11= 0% (all three probes), SG-3=0% (all three <br /> probes). <br /> 2. The onsite litter was minimal. <br /> 3. Because of the weather conditions some areas of landfill were not accessible for inspection. <br /> 4. Ponding was observed on site. Ponding is due to recent rains and is currently not significant enough to impact site <br /> operations. Pump to be used to pump out water to storm water drain area. <br /> 5. Vegetation was at minimum at time of inspection. <br /> 6. 270 cubic yards of a chipped and ground materials have been produced since the previous inspection. Ensure chipped <br /> and ground materials are sampled per every 5,000 cubic yards that will be land applied and at least once per year. <br /> Previous samples were taken on July 2018. <br /> 7. Not all records were up to date.All records should be available to the LEA for review and up to date. <br /> 8. Tipping floor inside the Transfer Station building has been repaired. <br /> 9.
