Deflector plates need to be installed at the following UDCs; 1/2,3/4,5/6,7/8,9/10,11112,17/18,19/20,21/22 and <br /> 23/24. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The underground storage tank system shall be operated to prevent unauthorized releases. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide approved secondary containment for the filters under permit and <br /> inspection by the EHD. <br /> This is(Minor)Violation. <br /> 56 CA Code of Regulations 2716(a-e)2030013-DO inspections completed at least every 30 days and meet all <br /> requirements(TCR 12). <br /> OBSERVATION: Designated operator reports were not signed within the required time frame. -The 11/16/2023 <br /> designated operator report was signed by the owner/operator on 12/13/2023. <br /> REGULATORY GUIDANCE:Within 48 hours of the completion of the designated UST operator visual inspection,the <br /> designated operator shall sign and provide the owner or operator with a copy of the inspection report.
