Record ID#: C00052442 <br />STOCKTON, CA 951_5- Program Element: 2546 <br />Spill Location: 4650 NEWCASTLE RD, STOCKTON Release/Spill Response (excluding Joint Team) <br />NATURE OF WASTE DISCHARGE/WASTE RELEASE: <br />20 GALLONS OF DIESEL FUEL SPILLED. SPILL HAS BEEN CONTAINED AND ANCON SERVICES HAS BEEN CALLED <br />TO DO THE CLEAN UP. INCIDENT # 20-4337 <br />OBSERVATIONS: <br />Met with Alejandro, Supervisor for Ancon Environmental. Verified clean-up. <br />Total waste generated and left on site: two 55 -gallon containers with solids contaminated with diesel and three 55 -gallon <br />drums with rinse water contaminated with diesel. <br />All generated clean up wastes must be transported according to all applicable manifesting procedures (HSC25160 (b) <br />(3))and disposed of according to all applicable Title 22 regulations. The disposal of any hazardous waste, or the causing <br />thereof, is prohibited when the disposal is at a facility which is not permitted or authorized for hazardous waste disposal. <br />HSC25189.5 (a).] <br />LATIONS: <br />' Discharge of any waste, including sewage <br />(CA Health and Safety Code 5411) <br />Discharge of waste or sewage to water or within 150 ft. of waterway <br />(SJC Ordinance Code Sections 9-1125.3, 9-1125.4) <br />Improper disposal of a hazardous waste <br />(CA Health and Safety Code 25189.5) <br />Permitting or Maintaining a Nuisance <br />(SJC Ordinance Code Section 8-5100) <br />11 Other Violation <br />VE ACTIONS / ORDER: <br />Investigate and abate contamination under the oversite of the appropriate lead agency. <br />Immediately. <br />Submit copies of hazardous waste manifests/disposal records to the EHD. <br />For the two 55 -gallon containers with solids contaminated with diesel and three 55 -gallon containers with rinse water <br />contaminated with diesel and any additional waste generated from clean-up. <br />Handle all hazardous waste according to Title 22 California Code of Regulations for hazardous waste.
