The 6 borings were drilled through the area known to be a <br /> closed disposal site. <br /> 1.All postclosure land use activities must be performed in a manner which protects public health and safety and <br /> prevents public contact with exposed waste. All proposed postclosure land use activities shall be submitted to <br /> the enforcement agency for review and approval prior to commencement. <br /> 2. Prior to commencing any development onsite, or any activity that may affect the integrity of the cover and <br /> result in the exposure of waste, submit a work plan to this department delineating and mitigating the site. The <br /> work plan must demonstrate to the satisfaction of this department that the integrity of the final cover will not be <br /> affected and the activities will not pose a threat to public health and safety and the environment. <br /> tii`spectioi1 FF�'port.Corriments .�. �' <br /> I <br /> Routine quarterly inspection was conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1.)Vegetation onsite was minimal allowing for inspection of the cover. Cover showed no signs of burrowing and no <br /> exposed waste was observed. <br /> 2.)There are no issues with site security. Site has a perimeter fence and warning signs posted. <br /> 3.) Inspection was conducted with Robert McClellon, REHS. <br />
