The
sampling and testing was performed as a part of environmental due diligence related to a potential
real estate transaction involving the property. As a condition of the drilling permit obtained from
the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD), we have prepared this
letter to present the laboratory results.

A Vicinity Map showing the location of the subject property is presented as Plate 1. A Site Map
showing the layout of the property and our drilling and sampling locations is presented as Plate
2. The soil and groundwater analytical data are summarized on Tables I and II, respectively.
Drilling permit documentation, laboratory reports, and chain-of-custody documentation are
attached.
