<br /> Routine quarterly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted:
<br /> No Violations or Areas of Concern.
<br /> Previous Area of Concern has been corrected.
<br /> Notes:
<br /> 1.) No evidence of additional soil borings or disturbance of the soil was observed.
<br /> 2.)There are no issues with site security. Site has a perimeter fence and warning signs posted.
<br /> 3.)Vegetation onsite was minimal allowing for inspection of the cover.
<br /> 4.)Two rodent burrow holes were observed onsite a few feet east of the path leading from the gate on the north side of
<br /> the CIA site. Integrity of the cover has not been affected.
<br /> 5.) EHD is currently reviewing an investigation work plan for trenching that will be done onsite in approximately 3 weeks.
