Brusca File No. 137-002 <br /> <br />Page 6 <br />August 10, 2017 <br />Murphy Parkway Property Soil Gas Monitoring Workplan <br /> <br />Laboratory Testing <br /> <br />Soil gas samples collected from the soil gas monitoring wells will be transported to a State- <br />certified laboratory for analysis. The soil gas samples will be analyzed for methane, oxygen, <br />carbon dioxide, and nitrogen by ASTM Method D1946. The samples also will be analyzed for <br />volatile organic compounds by EPA Test Method TO-15. Internal laboratory QA/QC data will be <br />presented along with the laboratory report. <br /> <br /> <br />REPORTING <br /> <br />Following the installation of the soil gas monitoring wells and initial soil gas sampling/testing, <br />we will prepare a summary report which will include: descriptions of our procedures and <br />observations; scaled site plan drawings; soil gas monitoring well logs; the laboratory data; <br />discussion regarding the results; and, the signature and stamp of the Professional Geologist in <br />charge of the project. Subsequent soil gas monitoring reports will be completed following each <br />quarterly and annual sampling episode. The soil gas monitoring reports will be submitted to the <br />SJCEHD. <br /> <br /> <br />CLOSING <br /> <br />This Workplan will be submitted to the SJCEHD for review and comment prior to implementing <br />the work.
