Their phone number is 916-255-2501. <br />Entrance doors to food preparation area and service openings shall be self-closing. <br />(CRFC Section 114303) <br />Passthrough window service openings: <br />Shall be no more than 216 square inches and no less than 18 inches apart. <br />Shall be covered with solid material or screen. If screen is used it must be at least 16- <br />mesh per inch. (CRFC Section 114259.2) <br />41-1oors shall be constructed of approved materials and shall be impervious, smooth, easily <br />Cleanable, and provide employee safety from slipping. The floor/wall juncture shall be <br />coved with a minimum 3/8 inch radius and the floor surface shall extend up the wall at <br />least four inches. (Vinyl rubber top-set base is not acceptable material). Equipment shall <br />be sealed to the floor or raised 6 inches off the floor by means of easily cleanable legs or <br />feet. (CRFC Section 114301) <br />Walls and ceilings shall be constructed so surfaces are impervious, smooth and <br />cleanable. (CRFC Section 114301) <br />The handwashing and food preparation sinks shall be separated from the warewashing <br />sink or food preparation / storage areas by a metal splash guard, if separation is less than <br />1868 E.
