Airport Way <br /> Stockton, CA 95206 <br /> SR0087428 <br /> This letter indicates San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) approval of <br /> drawings submitted for the proposed Alexa Plate Tacos subject to the following condition(s): <br /> �. All manufactured and custom-made food service equipment must be certified for <br /> sanitation by an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited certification <br /> program. All proposed equipment is subject to EHD approval [CRFC §114130]. <br /> 2. The exhaust hood must be constructed to meet the requirements of the California <br /> Mechanical Code [CRFC §114149.1]. <br /> ,3. Potable water tanks must have an air vent overflow that prevents flooding of interior of <br /> MFPU. Vent must be terminate in a downward direction and covered with 16 mesh / <br /> inch screen. [CRFC §114213] <br /> 4. Potable water delivery at least one gallon/minute rate [CRFC §114217 (e)]. <br /> 5. Safety exit shall be labeled "Safety Exit" in letters at least 1 inch high [CRFC §114323 <br /> (f)] <br /> 6. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all enclosed food preparation areas shall have impervious, <br /> smooth, and easily cleanable surfaces. [CRFC §114301 (g)] <br /> 7. Floor and wall junction shall be coved with 3/8" minimum radius coving, and floor <br /> surface extends up at least 4 inches [CRFC §114301 (g)] <br /> 8. Obtain an Insignia from the State Housing and Community Development. Their phone <br /> number is 916-255-2501. <br /> The EHD must be kept informed of the construction progress. A final inspection must be <br /> performed, operating permit fees paid, and approval to operate granted prior to opening for <br /> business. All equipment must be installed and thorough cleaning completed prior to the final <br /> inspection. Inspections must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
