Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: OAK PARK POOL-COS, 3545 ALVARADO AVE, STOCKTON 95204 <br />Swimming Pool Official Inspection Report <br /> #44 Lifeguard Certification <br />OBSERVATIONS: Lifeguard certification was not available during inspection. Lifeguard certifications were emailed at a later <br />time. Provide lifeguard certification for lifeguards and maintain records of certification on site (physical or digital). <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operators that provide lifeguard services shall ensure that written proof of compliance with the <br />certification requirements is available for inspection by the enforcement agency. (CCR 65539) <br /> #45 Lifeguard First Aid Equipment <br />OBSERVATIONS: First aid equipment observed on site lacking some materials. Provide a Red Cross 10-person industrial <br />first aid kit or equivalent. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Public pools with lifeguard services shall have the following safety equipment available in the pool area: <br />10-person first aid kit, operating telephone, backboard, and head immobilizer.
