L-13(T-6 Annular Waste Oil in Tank Field)failed to clear after alarm, replaced sensor and re-tested-Corrected on site. Sensor list updated from 774390-407 to 409. Please revise facility CERS Monitoring Plan for this change. Probes tested for Overfill, High Product, Max product on 2/13/24. Annunciator A/V in shop functions when in-tank alarms activated. No other repairs required. Current warnings on monitor are T1 and T6 invalid Fuel level- No product in tank, both are waste oil. Note-T-1 has never contained any liquid. Page 5 of 6
