The tank owner or operator shall log into the California Environmental Reporting System <br />(CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/ and ensure all UST information is current. <br />9. All primary containment including any integral secondary containment must be cered by an <br />independent testing organization and labeled as required by the organization (UL, ULC, ANSI, <br />API, ASTM, etc.). See California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 23, Chapter 16, Table B for a <br />complete list. <br />10. This permit expires 180 days from the date of approval.
