The site is being considered for redevelopment. There is an Excavation and Materials Management Plan that has beer <br />approved by the EHD and the Region Water Quality Control Board. There has been concurrence with the plan from the <br />Cal Recycle. The sampling of the soils plan for reuse is complete. <br />2. The EHD received Waste Materials Reuse Work plan dated May 18, 2018 for the onsite reuse of solid waste materials <br />and associated soils that were excavated, stockpiled, tested, and evaluated at the property as a part of clean closure <br />activities. <br />3. Regardless of removal of all other on site waste, this site will not be considered for clean -closure due to non -removal <br />of T29 waste pile. <br />4. The EHD received the monitoring/sampling results of the two soil gas monitoring wells (SGMW 1 and SGMW 2) from <br />May 2018. Data do not indicate elevated concentrations of methane or VOC's in soil gas at the monitoring well locations. <br />5. No new unapproved site work was observed. <br />6.
