Windblown materials shall be controlled <br />Inspector <br />Also Present (Name) <br />Jesse Easter <br />Inspection Report Comments: <br />Conducted a quarterly inspection on this date and noted the following: <br />CalRecycle Solid Waste Information System (SWIS) 1 of 1 <br />No Violations or Areas of Concern <br />V <br />A <br />Regulations <br />x <br />20750 - Site Maintenance <br />Comments: Vegetation is high on APN#19812005 from the storm basin to the northern extent of the property, on <br />APN#19812009 in the storm basin, and on the southwestern perimeter of APN#19812008. <br />a) Owner/Operator to maintain vegetation at a minimum to reduce the risk of fire and to allow inspection by the <br />LEA. <br />b) The operator shall implement a preventative maintenance program to monitor and promptly repair or correct <br />deteriorated or defective conditions with respect to requirements of the CI WMB standards, and conditions <br />established by the EA. All other aspects of the disposal site shall be kept in a state of reasonable repair. 27 CCR <br />§ 20750 <br />X <br />20830 - Litter Control <br />Comments: As noted in the previous inspection report, recyclables dumped on the property near the continuation <br />of Murphy Parkway on the property are migrating east across the property. Remove and properly dispose of <br />dumped waste. <br />a) Litter shall be controlled, routinely collected and disposed of properly. Windblown materials shall be controlled <br />to prevent injury to the public and personnel. Controls shall prevent the accumulation, or off-site migration, of <br />litter in quantities that create a nuisance or cause other problems. 27 CCR § 20830 <br />Inspection Report Comments: <br />Conducted a quarterly inspection on this date and noted the following: <br />APN #19812009 (17100 Murphy Parkway) <br />-No access to the majority of the site at the time of the inspection. The southern guard gate was unoccupied at the time <br />of the inspection. <br />-No unauthorized site activities observed. <br />APN # 19812008 (500 E. Louise Avenue) <br />-Soil impounds from work in the Waste Unit 1 clean-up area and vegetation screened the majority of the southern extent <br />of the property from view.
