Deflector plates were installed. Also — we need to replace the 87 and 91 OPW drop tubes at this site to complete the vapor testing. The flappers are leaking. Can we add these drop tubes to the current open permit? I have attached the drop tube cut sheets, let me know what else I need to send you. We will be on site on Friday 1/26 to make repairs and finish the vapor. We can complete the sensor functionality testing and overfill testing (of new drop tubes) while we are on site. The sensor functionality testing was not completed on 11/13/2023 because a cold start was not performed. However, the following inspections are still missing and need to be completed to finalize the permit. When I asked the service technician about the remaining inspections that were documented in the permit, he mentioned that the office would schedule them. If dispensers with conversion frames and deflector plates were not installed and a cold start was unnecessary, please provide an amended scope of work.
