The monitoring <br />plan lists the VR -409 as the annular sensor for the diesel tank, but it is utilizing the VR -343 annular sensor. <br />I <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of these monitoring plans shall be accessible on site at ail times. <br />CO RREC R E AL T; fON: Immediately update ttc monitoring plan and retain a cony on site. <br />1 <br />This is as repeat violation, Class IL <br />i <br />205 CCR 2716(a -e) Failure to comply wi:h the designated operator inspection requirements. <br />OBSERVATION: The designated operator failed to check and note all required items or, the visual inspection <br />i reports. The incorrect and missing informa5on inc!uded the following from the inspection reports: <br />- UDC 9110 was not included in the vssu3l inspection reports. <br />- DO reports did not indicate that sumps with ^el alarms were visually inspected. <br />! - Secondary Containment Test Date is incorrect, the correct date is 0?1512021. <br />DO indicated that having a qualified technician observe the sumps with fuel alarms was not applicatle r;hen there <br />Were fuel alarms. <br />!
