208: <br />"-DO report did not indicate that sumps with fuel alarms were visually inspected" <br />On page 3 section 9 of the DO report, it states <br />List below and in section 3 all containment sumps that have has a release detection alarm since the <br />previous Designated UST Operator Inspection Report AND HAVE NOT BEEN RESPONDED TO BY A <br />QUALIFIED SERVICE TECHNITION. Containment sumps listed below require a visual inspection. <br />Please see attached copy of page 3 of the DO report <br />
