3,208 <br />-"Secondary Containment Testing Date is incorrect, the date is 01/15/2021" <br />Secondary containment testing was preformed on 01/15/2021. On page 6 of the secondary containment <br />testing report the technician stated "Need to return to replace DSL boot in 5/6 and E85 boot. Need to <br />test E85 STP and sec line, DSL sec line, UDC's 5/6, 7/8 and 9/10" <br />Repairs and testing happened on 2/18/2021 (The date that I have on my DO reports) Page 4 section 10 of <br />the DO report "Has secondary containment testing been COMPLETED within the past 36 months?" <br />I will put the date of 01/15/2021 on my reports because the county wants that date, but it is not the <br />COMPLETION date of the testing. <br />
