Main St.,Manteca.For Item# 101: The facility operated without a permit from 1/1/2023 -3/7/2023. <br /> This issue was resolved last year with inspector Paull Nso and the NTC was amended since we had already sent the <br /> payment and your office accidentally applied the fees to one of our other stations.please see 2nd attached email. <br /> • On 12/13/2022 we received notification from Agency for past due fees, our permit desk called Agency to advise <br /> we mailed the payment in October,please see 3rd&4thattachments. Michelle said they're really backlogged, and <br /> we should be okay since we mailed the payment. Direct line 209-468-0340. <br /> • On 3/2/2023 our permit desk talked to Agency again to inquire about the permit,Michelle said the check <br /> originally for this location was applied to our location 372736, 9484 West Lane. Stockton. and we need to send a <br /> new payment. <br /> • On 3/8/2023 new payment sent to agency. Please see 5th attachment.
