Guiltinan and Mr . McCormack : <br /> I work for CalRecycle in the Pre - Regulation site program in the <br /> Permitting , Compliance and Mitigation program . I work at the request of the <br /> Local Enforcement Agencies ( LEA) that perform the duties for CalRecycle under <br /> the California Code or Regulation , Title 14 Natural Resources and Title 27 <br /> Environmental Protection regulations to manage disposal areas (dumps) . The <br /> Public Resources Code Division 30 Waste Management describe the programs <br /> under CalRecycle including the LEA program (Appendix B ) . <br /> Recently I was contacted by the San Joaquin County- LEA for <br /> assistance with managing the 17200 Murphy Parkway , Lathrop CA 95333 site . <br /> As I was reviewing the environmental regulator files , I found several <br /> emails , dated January 13 , 2020 , to June 3 , 2020 , addressing site <br /> characterization reports related to special status , candidate , threatened and <br /> endangered species and related habitats . There was no species survey <br /> performed by the Responsible Party (RP ) in the CalRecycle Solid Waste <br /> Information System ( CalRecycle 2022 ) or GeoTracker database ( Regional <br /> Board 2022 ) . <br /> In order to finish characterizing the site under the Public Resources <br /> Code , Division 13 Environmental Quality and the Fish and Game Code , Chapter <br /> 3 Fish and Game Generally , can you please provide the LEA with a species <br /> report ( CFW 2022 ) .
