All manufactured and custom-made food service equipment must be certified for <br /> sanitation by an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited certification <br /> program. All proposed equipment is subject to EHD approval [CRFC §1141301. <br /> 2. Hand wash sink shall be at least 9"x9"x5" deep [CRFC §114311 (a)] <br /> 3. Potable water access port on top of tank, flanged upward at least 1/2 inch, and with a <br /> port cover assembly including a gasket. [CRFC §114221 (a)] <br /> The exhaust hood must be constructed to meet the requirements of the California <br /> Mechanical Code [CRFC §114149.1]. <br /> 5. Potable water tanks must have an air vent overflow that prevents flooding of interior of <br /> 0 MFPU. Vent must be terminate in a downward direction and covered with 16 mesh / <br /> inch screen. [CRFC §114213]. <br /> --;>6. Second exit opposite main exit door, or roof, or rear, with at lea t 24" 36" of <br /> unobstructed passage. Exit shall be labeled "Safety Exit" in letters at least 1 inch high <br /> [CRFC §114323 (f)] <br /> 7.
