v) Compact parking spaces shall be a minimum seven and one-half (7'/2) feet wide and 16 feet <br /> long, be individually designated as a compact space, and make up no more than twenty-five <br /> percent(25%)of the required spaces. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however,that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> iii) Developer shall be responsible to develop an updated Photometrics evaluation of the <br /> proposed project prior to Building Permit Issuance. CONSTRUCTION NOISE: The following measures shall be implemented during <br /> construction: <br /> i) Construction shall be restricted to the hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays.
