Date: <br />Manufacturer training: <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Witnessed dispenser, piping and stockpile sampling for piping/dispenser removal. <br />Sampling was conducted by Scott Bittinger PG, CEM , APTIM environmental project Manager. <br />- Eight dispenser samples were taken one sample beneath each dispenser, 2ft into the native soil at <br />9.15am. Labeled DSP 1/2, DSP 3/4, DSP 5/6, DSP 7/8, DSP 9/10, DSP 11/12, DSP 13/14 and DSP 15/16. <br />- Six piping soil samples were taken 2 ft into the native soil, labeled: PI -1, PI -2, PI -3, PI -4, PI -5 and PL6 <br />- Four sockpile sample taken from different sides of stockpile labeled SWC 1, SWC 2, SWC 3, SWC 4 <br />Soil Stock pile volume approximately 75 cubic yards. <br />No noticeable discoloration was observed. <br />Discussed sampling and analytical requirements with sampler. Verified chain of custody. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having them <br />sign. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
