Project description: Increase the size of Parcel <br />41 along its' eastern border by .89 acre. This is <br />accomplished by reducing the western <br />boundary of Parcel 42 by .89 acre. This change <br />will give the owners of Parcel 41 a walkable <br />pebbled river edge down to a shallow portion <br />of the Mokelumne River. Currently all of the <br />river bottom is possibly at the deepest part of <br />the entire river because of the extensive placer <br />dredging done on this section of the river. <br />2. Utilities: Each parcel has a private water well <br />and septic system. Power is by PG&E. Landline <br />phone is by Frontier. Natural storm drainage <br />from the bluff, where the two houses are <br />located, is down into the river on the north or <br />down to the orchard area on the south. <br />3. Flood zone: Both houses are above the one <br />hundred- year flood plain. Areas below the <br />bluff are within this flood plain or under the <br />river itself. <br />4.
