From the test report, it looks like the buckets all passed, it is just that they are straight drop tubes. However per the tech onsite the buckets are corroded and may not detach from the drop tube. We can attempt to do the drop tubes, but don't know if we can get them complete. I believe we can put OPW drop tubes with CNI buckets.
