Will they be able to get fuel in the 91 after that inspection or do they need to wait until after the bucket is tested post concrete? I didn't notice only one spill bucket was being replaced but all flappers are being tested. • The 87 & diesel flappers can be tested tomorrow. • Based on a visual inspection of conditions, the inspector will decide if the 91 flapper is in its final operating position and can be tested or if it needs to wait until after concrete is poured. • We prefer to have the spill bucket tested after concrete is poured (and dry) to do testing, that way it is in its normal operating condition and we can check for any possible damage done during backfilling or any change of size due to compaction during backfill or concrete pouring.
