I didn't notice only one spill bucket was being replaced but all flappers are being tested. <br /> • The 87& diesel flappers can be tested tomorrow. <br /> • Based on a visual inspection of conditions,the inspector will decide if the 91 flapper is in its final operating <br /> position and can be tested or if it needs to wait until after concrete is poured. <br /> • We prefer to have the spill bucket tested after concrete is poured (and dry)to do testing,that way it is in its <br /> normal operating condition and we can check for any possible damage done during backfilling or any change of <br /> size due to compaction during backfill or concrete pouring. <br /> Based on what we've discussed, the inspector tomorrow will be prepared for a corrosion protection inspection on the 91 <br /> spill bucket and measurements/testing of 3-4 flappers.
