I didn't notice only one spill bucket was being replaced but all flappers are being tested. • The 87 & diesel flappers can be tested tomorrow. • Based on a visual inspection of conditions, the inspector will decide if the 91 flapper is in its final operating position and can be tested or if it needs to wait until after concrete is poured. • We prefer to have the spill bucket tested after concrete is poured (and dry) to do testing, that way it is in its normal operating condition and we can check for any possible damage done during backfilling or any change of size due to compaction during backfill or concrete pouring. Based on what we've discussed, the inspector tomorrow will be prepared for a corrosion protection inspection on the 91 spill bucket and measurements/testing of 3-4 flappers. Does that seem right? We can do b after concrete also, but we usually do that before. Let me know how you want it scheduled.
