Kettleman Ln., Lodi - 2024 Compliance <br /> <br />I apologize… I didn’t notice only one spill bucket was being replaced but all flappers are being tested. <br /> The 87 & diesel flappers can be tested tomorrow. <br /> Based on a visual inspection of conditions, the inspector will decide if the 91 flapper is in its final operating <br />position and can be tested or if it needs to wait until after concrete is poured. <br /> We prefer to have the spill bucket tested after concrete is poured (and dry) to do testing, that way it is in its <br />normal operating condition and we can check for any possible damage done during backfilling or any change of <br />size due to compaction during backfill or concrete pouring. <br /> <br />Based on what we’ve discussed, the inspector tomorrow will be prepared for a corrosion protection inspection on the 91 <br />spill bucket and measurements/testing of 3-4 flappers. We can do b after concrete also, but we usually do that before. <br /> <br />Let me know how you want it scheduled. <br />
