This is to inform you that our technician will be at the above referenced site on Monday, January 29, 2024 @ 800am <br />and Friday, February 16, 2024 @ 800am (if necessary) to perform the Secondary Containment test (SB989). If rescheduling is <br />needed, you will be notified as soon as possible. <br />Please be aware, we always do our best to complete the SB989 testing in 1 day. However, because of the time needed <br />to test each component and repairs that may need to be completed, additional days may be required. Testing may be <br />rescheduled if we are expecting rain on the day of testing as the weather can compromise the results. <br />Due to the nature of the testing no fuel delivery can be made during the time of testing. If you do receive a fuel <br />delivery while the test is being conducted, the testing will be delayed and subject to additional costs. Because we are unable <br />to anticipate all repairs needed in order to finish the compliance testing, any repairs during the test that are completed will be <br />at the discretion of the technician and are subject to additional charges including but not limited to labor, parts, retesting and <br />travel. <br />To avoid additional retesting charges, please notify us of any repairs needed 72 hours prior to the scheduled testing so we <br />may have repairs done BEFORE your compliance test. <br />Please Note: <br />• All test results are held until paid for and a prompt payment will ensure that the county will receive your test results <br />in time. <br />• B.Z. Service Station Maintenance is not responsible for any testing that is not sent to the agencies on time and any <br />subsequent fines or actions by the agencies. <br />• All accounts need to be paid within 60 days of your scheduled date, or your test will be rescheduled.
