Monitoring records <br /> include: (1)date and time of all monitoring or sampling; (2)monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records; <br /> (3)results of any visual observations; (4)results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5)logs of all <br /> readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6)results of <br /> inventory readings and reconciliations. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION:A copy of the overfill prevention test results and the secondary containment test results were <br /> obtained during the inspection. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> 77 CA Code of Regulations 2712(f)2030073- Facility has corrected cited violations within 30 days of receiving report. <br /> OBSERVATION:An inspection was last done on 12/7/2023 and an inspection report was issued identifying information <br /> to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by 1/7/2024.This <br /> information was received on 3/13/2024, 67 days late. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to implement the <br /> corrections specified in the inspection report and comply with permit conditions. The corrective action shall include all <br /> of the recommendations made in the report. The operator shall submit a written response that includes a statement <br /> documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that a written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is <br /> submitted and all corrections implemented within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> This report was amended on 5/19/25 to remove violation 11 and update language for violation 59. <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was <br /> finished on 12/13/24 and replaces the initial checklist. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by January 13, 2025. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign. <br /> Starting July 1, 2024, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($172).
