Let me know if you have any questions and if you would like to
discuss before we revise.

Thanks,

---------- Forwarded message ---------
From: Singh, Sandip [EHD] <ssingheh@sjgov.org>
Date: Tue, Jun 20, 2023 at 8:15 AM
Subject: Mulhair Disposal
To: Jeff Sharp <sharpenvironmental@gmail.com>, Robert Hayward <haywardenvironmentalconsulting@outlook.com>
Cc: Subbotnikova, Natalia [EHD] <nsubbotnikova@sjgov.org>

Good morning Jeff and Robert,

I have reviewed the revised work plan and below is my comments:
1. Pg 1 of workplan states “Initially, a Work Plan dated August 31, 2022 was prepared in response to comments from
the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) in their March 14, 2023 inspection report (Appendix
A)…”
Appendix A has the inspection report from November 12, 2021, please change the date on the workplan to reflect the
actual inspection report date.
2. Pg 3 of workplan mentions the main areas of the site characterization performed was primarily north of the
residence and to the southeast area between the residence and E. Liberty Rd.
The southeast area mentioned was not characterized (sampled or excavated) while I was there or to my knowledge.
Please clarify.
3. Pg 5 of SHSP states “the excavated soil from the excavation will be monitored and segregated as applicable,
stockpiled and once characterized will be loaded for off-site transportation to a licensed disposal or recycling facility or
remain on-site as fill.”
Please update the information since the excavated soil cannot be used as fill.

Let me know if you have any questions.
