COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> As per operator, he is aware of the complaint. Complainant submitted some pictures with the alleged complaint. Pictures <br /> focusing on dish washer area, area behind the ice cream soft serve machine and cooling unit at the front counter, ice maker <br /> and the front counter lining. <br /> Food manager certificate and all employees food handler cards are valid and on site. Dish washer station is not showing any <br /> mold. I inspected the front and back of the house, I didn't see any mold. I observe the cook after washing some dishes, <br /> washed hands with soap and hot water(104F)and wore gloves to start food preparation (chopping onions).At the cook/ <br /> prep line, in the cooking area, prep table was clean. Sanitizer bucket was set with chlorine 200PPM.
