Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> any applicable permits and requirements . <br /> 2 . Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work . All new addenda supersede the previous ones . <br /> 3 . Provide written notification to ust a slgov . org to arrange the following repairs and testing ( a 48- <br /> hour notice is required ) . <br /> a . Monitoring system functionality : Functionality of the monitoring system , including all <br /> sensors , must be verified to ensure monitoring has been restored to meet the <br /> requirements of CCR Title 23 and California Health & Safety Code ( HSC) Chapter 6 . 7 . <br /> A copy of the alarm history shall be printed prior to performing the cold start of the <br /> monitoring panel , and made available at the time of EHD inspection . <br /> Inspection was conducted on 12/27/2023 <br /> 4 . Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications : <br /> a . Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid , <br /> current contractor' s licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board ( may be <br /> issued to the installation company ) , or a Tank Tester' s license issued to the individual <br /> by the State Water Board <br /> b . Possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically <br /> present at the work site who possesses a valid , current California UST Service <br /> Technician certificate issued by the International Code Council ( ICC) <br /> 1868 E .
