Austin Road, Manteca 95336 <br /> insiectar, : Also Present(Name} <br /> Michael Payan Robert McClellon <br /> THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF DIVISION 30 OF PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE(PRC)AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS(CCR) <br /> X Na V'rotations,or Areal'of Caricecn <br /> Enspect�on ReporYGomments yx4x <br /> 1)Pursuant to Division 30, Public Resources Code (PRC), Section 43219, Michael Payan of CalRecycle conducted a <br /> focused site inspection in conjunction with the San Joaquin County Local Enforcement Agent Robert McClellon, and site <br /> Operations Manager Ruben Ramirez. <br /> 2)Odor Control—There were no heavy odors detected on the day of this inspection. <br /> 3) Dust Control—A water truck, observed actively wetting down access roads. <br /> 4) Pest Control—Flytraps are placed throughout the facility. <br /> 5)Green Waste—Processing area is well defined. Separation observed between unscreened and screened green waste <br /> piles. <br /> 6)Windrows Composting-Organic material undergoing composting is managed well. Each row is identified with a <br /> number. Monitoring is conducted at multiple points for internal temperature to prevent fires, and achieve pathogen <br /> reduction. <br /> 7)Windrows Finished Compost—The area of concern issued by the LEA at the June 28, 2017 inspection for storing <br /> finished compost, has been corrected. Stockpiling of finished compost for a combined period of time greater than six <br /> months is considered disposal, and must be removed from the site. <br /> 8) Facility records were available at the scale house, and reviewed for compliance: Special Occurrence, Complaint log, <br /> Safety Training, and Windrow Temperature log records were current and in compliance.
