Austin Road, Manteca 95336 Forward, Inc. <br />Benjamin Escotto Ruben Ramirez <br />THE MOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION W OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) I <br />Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. Inspector drove south of the facility along Austin Road and found no objectionable odors resulting from the <br />composting operation. There were strong winds during the inspection but the facility already ceased <br />turning the windrows. <br />2. Temperature and turning records were reviewed and found to be completed correctly. <br />3. The odor and fly population was light. The water truck was observed on site. <br />4. There was separation between the manually screened greenwaste pile and the unscreened greenwaste <br />received. <br />5. The analysis results for the metal concentration, fecal coliform density, and Salmonella density of the <br />compost product was available for review. The compost met the state standards. <br />6. The temperature range of the greenwaste and ground material was 122 F to 125 F and 87 F to 100 F <br />respectively. The temperature range of the windrows and overs was 91 F to 98 F and 84 F to 101 F <br />respectively. The temperature range of the pre-screened product and the screened product was 112 F <br />to 122 F and 123 F to 130 F respectively. <br />
