Inspector drove south of the facility along Austin Road and found no objectionable odors resulting from the <br />composting operation. <br />2. Temperature and turning records were reviewed and found to be completed correctly. <br />3. The odor and fly population was light. <br />4. There was separation between the manually screened greenwaste pile and the unscreened greenwaste <br />received. <br />5. The analysis results for the metal concentration, fecal coliform density, and Salmonella density of the <br />compost product was available for review. The compost met the state standards. <br />6. The temperature of the greenwaste and overs was 103 F and 98 F respectively. The temperature range of <br />the ground material and windrows was 105 F to 111 F and 82 F to 141 F respectively. The temperature <br />range of the pre-screened material and the screened material was 118 F to 119 F and 122 F to 125 F <br />respectively. <br />7. All records were available for review. <br />
