CalRecycle <br />Compostable Materials Handling Operation and Facility Inspection Report (93) <br />County of San Joaquin <br />39 -AA -0020 9/28/2015 LEA Periodic <br />Time in 11:00 am Time„O�t 12:10 pm inspection Time <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC)AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />X Nry'Vintafinrra hi draiiet' n# t�nrieo °� <br />�r <br />Routine monthly inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. Inspector drove south of the facility along Austin Road and found no objectionable odors resulting from the <br />composting operation. <br />2. Temperature and turning records were available for review and found to be completed correctly. <br />3. The odor and fly population was light. <br />4. Dust was minimal. The water truck was observed on site. <br />5. The analysis results for the metal concentration, fecal coliform density, and Salmonella density of the <br />compost product was available for review. The compost met the state standards. <br />6. The temperature of the overs was 101 F. The temperature range of the ground material and windrows was <br />118 F to 131 F and 121 F to 139 F respectively. The temperature of the pre-screened product and the <br />screened product was 131 F and 124 F respectively. <br />7. All records were available for review. <br />
