Austin Road, Manteca <br />95336 (Forward, Inc. <br />Benjamin Escotto IRuben Ramirez <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />X NO t(IOIatIOOS <br />V A Regulations <br />i f . <br />. <br />Inspect>ott Repori larrments <br />Routine monthly inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. Inspector drove south of the facility along Austin Road and could detect slight odors resulting from the <br />composting operation. Prior to the inspection, windrow turning operations had already stopped. During the <br />inspection, windrow forming operations was observed and then ceased upon the inspector stating that <br />odors could be detected outside of the facility. <br />2. Temperature and turning records were available for review and found to be completed correctly. <br />3. The odor and fly population was light. <br />4. Dust was minimal. The water truck was observed on site. <br />5. There was separation between the manually screened greenwaste pile and the unscreened greenwaste <br />received. <br />6. The temperature of the greenwaste and overs was 104 F and 118 F respectively. The temperature range of <br />the ground material and windrows was 112 F to 120 F and 120 F to 150 F respectively. The temperature <br />range of the pre-screened product and the screened product was 130 F to 136 F and 130 F to 132 F <br />respectively. <br />7. All records were available for review. <br />
