Austin Road, Manteca <br />Forward, Inc./Allied Waste North America <br />95336 'Forward, Inc. <br />Benjamin Escotto (Ruben Ramirez <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE to AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS(CCR) I <br />Routine monthly inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. Inspector drove south of the facility along Austin Road and could detect slight odors resulting from the <br />composting operation. Prior to the inspection, windrow turning and forming operations had already stopped. <br />2. Temperature and turning records were available for review and found to be completed correctly. <br />3. The odor and fly population was light. Dust was minimal. <br />4. There was separation between the manually screened greenwaste pile and the unscreened greenwaste <br />received. <br />5. The temperature of the greenwaste and overs was 98 F and 90 F respectively. The temperature range of <br />the ground material and windrows was 102 F to 105 F and 104 F to 156 F respectively. The temperature <br />of the pre-screened product and the screened product was 96 F and 110 F respectively. <br />6. All records were available for review. <br />
