Inspector drove south of the facility along Austin Road and found no objectionable odors resulting from the <br /> composting operation. Also, very little track-out mud was observed on Austin Road in front of the facility. <br /> 2. The odor and fly population was light. Dust was minimal. <br /> 3. There was separation between the manually screened greenwaste pile and the unscreened greenwaste <br /> received. <br /> 4. The temperature of the greenwaste and overs was 84 F and 78 F respectively. The temperature range of <br /> the ground material and windrows was 130 F to 132 F and 84 F to 136 F respectively. The temperature <br /> range of the pre-screened product was 86 F to 88 F. There were no piles of screened product on site. <br /> 5. Temperature and turning records were reviewed. They were found to be completed correctly. All other <br /> records were also available for review. <br /> 6. Facility is still awaiting the analysis results for the latest compost product submitted. <br />
