Inspector drove south of the facility along Austin Road and found no objectionable odors resulting from the <br /> composting operation. <br /> 2. The odor and fly population was light and dust was minimal. The water truck was observed on site. <br /> 3. There was separation between the manually screened greenwaste pile and the unscreened greenwaste <br /> received. <br /> 4. Temperature and turning records were available for review. The records were found to be completed <br /> correctly. <br /> 5. All other records were available for review. <br /> 6. Analysis results for the metal concentration, fecal coliform density, and Salmonella density of the compost <br /> product was available for review. The compost met the state standards. <br /> 7. The temperature range of the greenwaste and ground material was 106 F to 122 F and 104 F to 107 F <br /> respectively. The temperature range of the windrows and overs was 71 F to 116 F and 69 F to 81 F <br /> respectively. The temperature range of the pre-screened product and the screened product was 78 F to 97 F <br /> and 79 F to 82 F respectively. <br /> CalRecycle Solid Waste Information System(SWIS) 1 of 1 <br />
