Austin Road, Manteca 95336 Forward, Inc. <br /> Inspector Also Present(Name) <br /> Benjamin Escotto Ruben Ramirez <br /> THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF DIVISION 30 OF PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE(PRC)AND TIME 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS(CCR) <br /> X No Violations or Areas of Concern <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> Routine monthly inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1. Inspector drove south of the facility along Austin Road and found no objectionable odors resulting from the composing <br /> operation. <br /> 2. Very little track-out mud was observed on Austin Road in front of the facility. <br /> 3. The water truck was observed on site. <br /> 4. The odor and fly population was minimal. Fly traps were observed posted throughout the facility. <br /> 5. There was separation between the manually screened greenwaste pile and the unscreened greenwaste received. <br /> 6. Temperature and turning records were available for review and were found to be completed correctly. <br /> 7. The analysis for the metal concentration, fecal coliform density, and Salmonella density of the compost product was <br /> available for review. The compost met the state standards. <br /> 8. All other records were available for review. <br /> 9. The temperature range of the greenwaste and ground material was 101 F to 110 F and 106 F to 126 F respectively. <br /> The temperature range of the windrows and overs was 105 F to 118 F and 100 F to 102 F respectively. The temperature <br /> range of the prescreened product and the screened product was 126 F to 140 F and 111 F to 124 F respectively. <br /> CalRecycle Solid Waste Information System(SWIS) 1 of 1 <br />
