Revision: G) <br /> -1/2 dispenser sensor was positioned 1-2 inches above the lowest part of the UDC, suspended above the bottom <br /> surface of the UDC <br /> -Diesel STP sump sensor was not positioned in the lowest part of the sump <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All monitoring equipment shall be installed, calibrated, operated, and maintained in <br /> accordance with manufacturer's instructions, and certified for operability, proper operating condition, and proper <br /> calibration. Immediately contact a properly licensed and certified contractor to install equipment in accordance with <br /> manufacturer's instructions and certify for operability, proper operating condition, and proper calibration. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that all leak detection equipment is properly programmed and maintained at all <br /> times. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
