Disposal Facility (Site) Inspection Report (52) <br />Forward Landfill, Inc. (39 -AA -0015) <br />6/18/2025 <br />Notes: <br />1. Staff observed picking up litter on Austin Rd. <br />2. Per operator, ag cannery waste will not be accepted this year. <br />3. Tarps, overs and soil are used for daily cover. <br />4. Litter was not observed in the area where heavy equipment is stored for repairs. <br />5. The weather during the inspection was 66°F with a southeast wind of 3 mph. <br />6. Records were reviewed. <br />7. Track out was light and odor was light. <br />8. Gas wells GP- 5A and GP- 15A were measured for methane. The intermediate probe for <br />GP- 15A was not measured due to the valve being inaccessible. Operator is aware and will <br />have the issue resolved. Methane was not detected at either of the gas wells. <br />9.
