Austin Road <br />Manteca, CA 95336 <br />Activity: Solid Waste Landfill <br />Operational Status: Active <br />Land Owners(s): <br />Forward, Inc./Allied Waste North America <br />Regulatory Status: Permitted <br />The above facility was inspected for compliance with applicable sections of Division 30 of the <br />Public Resources Code (PRC) and Title 14 and Title 27, California Code of Regulations <br />(CCR). <br />No Violations <br />Areas of Concern <br />27 CCR 20680 - Daily Cover <br />On August 1, 2025, the LEA was notified by the operator that overfill from the Old <br />Austin Road Landfill would be excavated and relocated to the working face, and that <br />the excavated area would be covered with a tarp at the end of each operating day. <br />During the inspection, the LEA observed a tarp, overs and beneficial reuse soil were <br />being utilized as the daily cover.
