Disposal Facility (Site) Inspection Report (52) <br />Forward Landfill, Inc. (39 -AA -0015) <br />9/18/2025 <br />Notes: <br />1. The Area of Concern for 27 CCR 20680 — Daily Cover has been corrected. The overfill from <br />the Old Austin Road Landfill has been excavated and relocated to the working face. Adequate <br />cover was observed and no exposed waste observed. <br />2. Litter was not observed on neighboring properties and litter on site was light. <br />3. Tarps, overs and soil are used for daily cover. <br />4. The wet weather preparedness report/ winter operations plan is due by November 1, <br />2025. <br />5. The weather during the inspection was 71 °F with a southeast wind of 3 mph. <br />6. Records were reviewed. <br />7. Track out was light and odor was light. Vectors were not observed. <br />8. Gas wells GP- 10R, GP- 10RB and 11 R were measured for methane. Methane was not <br />detected at the gas wells. <br />9. WMU-FU24 was used as the active face. <br />10.
