Track out onto Austin Road was light. <br /> 4 . Odors were moderate and flies were not observed . <br /> 5 . Records were reviewed from January 27 , 2022 to February 19 , 2022 , <br /> 6 . The following temperatures were measured during the inspection . Incoming green waste <br /> was 58F. Ground green waste ranged from 80F to 112F . Windrows ranged from 156F to 162F . <br /> Finished compost measured 152F and the finished product was 120F . Temperature for the <br /> biomulch was 132F. Overs were 140F . <br /> 7 .
