A lab analysis report was provided for February 2022 , but a report was not provided for <br /> January 2022 . <br /> 3 . Track out onto Austin Road was light. <br /> 4 . Odors were moderate and flies were not observed . <br /> 5 . Records were reviewed from February 20 , 2022 to March 21 , 2022 . <br /> 6 . The following temperatures were measured during the inspection : <br /> - Incoming green waste was 75 ° F . <br /> . Ground green waste was 131 ' F . <br /> . Windrows ranged from 144 ° F to 157° F . <br /> - Finished compost measured 148 ° F . <br /> - Finished product was 112 ° F . <br /> - Biomulch ranged from 122° F to 128 ° F . <br /> - Overs were 124 ° F . <br /> 7 .
