Track out onto Austin Road was light . <br /> 4 . Odors were moderate and flies were not observed . <br /> 5 . Records were reviewed from March 22 , 2022 to April 23 , 2022 , <br /> 6 . The following temperatures were measured during the inspection : <br /> . Incoming green waste was 128 ° F . <br /> - Ground green waste was 133° F to 139° F. <br /> - Windrows ranged from 142 ° F to 165 ° F . <br /> - Finished compost measured 142° F . <br /> . Finished product was 124° F. <br /> - Biomulch was 153 ° F. <br /> . Overs were 108° F to 130 ° F <br /> 7 .
